Univenture Unveils 2022 Plans with 3 Strategies, Aiming for 12 Billion Baht Revenue
Univenture Public Company Limited or UV has announced that the company aims for a revenue of 12 billion baht for the fiscal year 2022 (from October 1, 2021, to September 30, 2022), while strengthening its position through new business groups to support stable and sustainable growth.
Mr. Kampon Poonsonni, Chief Executive Officer of Univenture Public Company Limited or UV, stated that for the fiscal year 2022, the company has set a revenue target of 12 billion baht, aligning with the investment structure in new businesses to create a continuous and sustainable balance of income for the company.

“Based on the business restructuring policy according to the company's strategic plan in 2021 to create a balance of income for continuity and sustainability (RECURRING INCOME), the company has invested in the energy business through Univenture BGP Co., Ltd. or UVBGP, and in the industrial sector by investing in Intercool Development Co., Ltd. or PIC, which operates in the commercial refrigeration manufacturing business. This year, the company continues to focus on its operations under three organizational strategies: creating a balanced investment portfolio (RESTRUCTURE), adapting and developing expertise to enhance business value for income generation (TRANSFORM), and increasing operational potential to create sustainable and continuous value and returns (ACCOMPLISH), as targeted for the period 2021-2023,” Mr. Kampon stated.
Additionally, Mr. Kampon reported that the performance for Q1/2022 (October 1, 2021 – December 31, 2021) showed total revenue of 1,163.4 million baht, which came from recognizing income from new business investments, including the energy sector, where the company partnered with B. Grimm Power Public Company Limited or BGRIM through Univenture BGP Co., Ltd. or UVBGP, and the industrial sector, where it invested in Intercool Development Co., Ltd. or PIC. The revenue from the energy sector was 477.9 million baht, accounting for 41% of total revenue, while the industrial sector generated 401.6 million baht, representing 34% of total revenue. Revenue from the real estate sector was 183.4 million baht, making up 16% of total revenue, and income from related real estate businesses and other revenues was 100.5 million baht, contributing 9% of total revenue.
